    Scope: The hosting of personal health data in digital format performed by Philips Vue Cloud Services consists of all 6 of the activities described in the ANS reference system HDS:2024 version 2 performed on behalf of Vue Cloud customers (data controller), namely: 1. the provision and maintenance in operational condition of physical sites for hosting the hardware infrastructure of the information system used to process the health data; 2. the provision and maintenance in operational condition of the hardware infrastructure of the information system used to process the health data; 3. the provision and maintenance in operational condition of the virtual infrastructure of the information system used to process the health data; 4. the provision and maintenance in operational condition of the platform for hosting information system applications; 5. the management and operation of the information system containing the health data; 6. backing up of the data. Following the Statement of Applicability SoA 4.1revB. The organization is certified according to ISO 27001:2022. This HDS Certificate is valid subject to a valid ISO 27001 certification for the same scope.
    L’hébergement de données de santé à caractère personnel sous forme numérique, réalisé par Philips Vue Cloud Services, comprend l’ensemble des 6 activités décrites dans le référentiel ANS HDS:2024 version 2, effectuées pour le compte des clients de Vue Cloud (responsables de traitement), à savoir : 1. la mise à disposition et le maintien en conditions opérationnelles des sites physiques hébergeant l’infrastructure matérielle du système d’information utilisé pour le traitement des données de santé ; 2. la mise à disposition et le maintien en conditions opérationnelles de l’infrastructure matérielle du système d’information utilisé pour le traitement des données de santé ; 3. la mise à disposition et le maintien en conditions opérationnelles de l’infrastructure virtuelle du système d’information utilisé pour le traitement des données de santé ; 4. a mise à disposition et le maintien en conditions opérationnelles de la plateforme d’hébergement des applications du système d’information ; 5. l’administration et l’exploitation du système d’information contenant les données de santé ; 6. la sauvegarde des données. Conformément à la Déclaration d’Applicabilité (SoA) 4.1 revB. L'organisation est certifiée selon la norme ISO 27001:2022. Ce certificat HDS est valable sous condition d’une certification ISO 27001 valide pour le même périmètre.
